Sharllette Berry is the founder of Thalloworks and creator of Fitbe®. She brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, and human behavior, alongside experience in behavioral assessment design.

Her work translates complex behavioral information into practical insights and assessment experiences that help people communicate, make thoughtful decisions, and develop. She created Fitbe in response to the challenges she saw while working with teams, bringing practical behavioral insight to businesses of different sizes.
